The Establishment is happy to introduce our new loyalty program: 

The Est Fan Club!

When you sign up for The Est Fan Club, you will earn rewards on each visit to The Establishment.  We are making it easy for you.  There is no need for to carry around another card.  After you have enjoyed your meal, tell your server that you are a member of The Fan Club, along with your telephone number to receive your rewards.

CLICK HERE to sign up.  When you reach the sign up page, enter your email, and click sign up.  Enter all the information on the next page and submit.  You will immediately be brought back to the Login Page as your confirmation that sign up was successful (you will not receive an email confirmation).  You can check back at the same site to check your rewards balance anytime.
